Our Team - Cedar Valley Handyman

Les is a University of Northern Iowa graduate, a USMC Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and founder and part-owner of Cedar Valley Handyman. He has extensive experience in 3D modeling, lead abatement contracting, and remodeling & designing. In his free time, Les enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.

Matt is a part owner and field manager for Cedar Valley Handyman. He specializes in decks and outdoor structures, with over 20 years of construction and handyman experience. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors with his son.

Office Staff

Barb started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2022. She does some of our Invoicing and answers the phones. Barb likes to read, garden, and stain glass in her free time. Barb likes how fun the environment is at Cedar Valley Handyman.

Mayra started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2022. She is our Human resource lady and also does all of our record-keeping as well. She is from Venezuela and moved to the United States in 2020. In her free time, she likes going to the movies or concerts. She loves to sing and always has songs in her head.

Sadia started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2021. She is the shop manager and office assistant. She focuses on receivables and managing the shop. She likes to hang out with her family and do special effects makeup. She also enjoys kayaking and campfires.

Mark started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2017. He started at CVH working in the field for three years. Mark is now our Estimator. Mark looks at jobs to estimate Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. In Mark’s freetime he enjoys weekend fires, cooking new foods, fishing, and spending time with his wife and pets.

Team

Scott started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2020. He specializes in doors, windows, and commercial jobs. Scott has over 45 years of experience. What Scott likes to do in his free time is go on day trips, scrapbooking, and visit his kids at the campground.

Chuck started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2017. He specializes in concrete small jobs, big jobs and lots more. Chuck likes to go boating and fishing.

“Ryan joined CVH in 2020 and specializes in light electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, plaster repair, tile work, bathroom remodeling, wall framing, window and door installation. He enjoys spending time with family and grilling, and occasionally rides his Harley. He values the diversity and family-owned atmosphere at CVH.”

Started CVH in 2018. David enjoys the outdoors, especially camping. He likes spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoys going to the stock car races in Independence and Vinton. The best part of CVH in David’s eyes are the employees and the small company feel.

In 2023, Kyle started Cedar Valley Handyman. He excels in quickly learning new things and providing excellent service. Kyle is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to his work. He can handle any project, small or large, with professionalism. Contact him for any handyman needs.

Adrian started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2021. He specializes in concrete and cutting. He enjoys doing manual labor. In Adrian’s free time he likes to go on bike rides and make music. The best part of CVH in Adrians eyes is how close the company is and how well everyone knows each other.

Jimmy started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2018. He specializes in decks, siding, soffit, fascia, fences, drainage tile (anything outdoors). He enjoys the outdoors, especially kayaking. He also enjoys smoking all kinds of food and fixing up their home. Jimmy has a very fun and energetic personality and never fails to put a smile on your face.

Todd started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2018. He specializes in remodels and lots more! Todd is a drummer in the band, Wildcard. He also enjoys classic cars as well. Todd enjoys seeing the end product of all of the jobs he did.
